It have high req, no casting or recharge mods so i would salvage it and hope for the +5 energy mod.

Salvage it for the vamp mod, it's not max dmg and the dmg mod is bad.

Maybe u can get 5k, it have high req, not a perfect dmg mod and the skin is ugly , if it was mine I would try to salvage it for the vamp upgrade....
