this is a fantastic idea, and it works much better than I would have expected. as long as people know that its not foolproof, i think its great!
Thats not the way to look at it. You can get 60-80k from it, I would sell as-is. (Ok, actually I would ID it, but you should do the smart thing )

Holy freakin crap, that is worth at least 5 mil.
he means that you won't get 250k for it no matter how good the upgrades are. you should be happy with 150k IMO...
I would be very surprised if you got 10k for the grip. 5k seems more like it.
