Considering req9's go for around ~500e, I think req10's probably go for ~350e.

What worked for me: 1.Power Block mesmer AND/OR 2. BHA Ranger I remember doing this before EoTN was even out with a friend, so no cons or anything...
Do it. They look shit on a sin. Enough said. PS- This is coming from someone who salvaged three full sets of obsidian armor. ^_^
