1. 5k/merch agreed 2. +- 40k imo. -20%cripple without a+30 mod isn't that great, still a decent shield - altho recently theres been alot more...

You are right good sir. They're both merch/hero-items. Its a pretty ugly skin and only the r8tac/16armors are sell-able.
I'd say around the 150e.. even tho I think its completely rediculous people pay that money for +10vs demons..
It doesn't have an inscription slot = merch. r8/15 shields are used by poor PvP monks (nohate). But without an inscription the usefulness goes...
