Overload is known by players as a skill heroes don't use well. Gaze of Fury isn't needed and I would assume a hero might use it on its own...

I sometimes used Crippling Anguish with PvE skills on my mesmer for Magni. Makes him easy, but you need to stop Purge Signet.
