Yes they should. Healing always needs to be better than damage or else balance is wrecked and there's no point to playing a primary healing class.

Same thing happens in Granite Citadel. You can explore quite a bit of Tasca's Demise and maybe a fifth of Mineral Springs before hitting the void.

Morganas, I'm going to agree with you but I'm highly biased. I'm of the mindset that hexes should last 75% - 100% of the stated time...
