Last week he didnt move until the zquest update which is at 5pm GMT ,thats just under 8 hours away,also there is a exsisting thread covering this...

According to wiki he is supposed to move within the next hour or 2 but last week he didn't move until the zaishen quests reset,thats 11 hours...

You can actually do the bonus in normal mode and then run through the mission on hard without doing the bonus and it still counts as you doing...
