Cele Longbow - i'd keep it for pulling, i like Cele bows ^^ the 20v50 ain't that sought mod and it's not even max to attract...
Tactics version would go for 80~90k with only little problems, i'd say 60k is around right for strength one.
Merch the shield.
Do not merch it, that's for sure - wait for a PC from someone more into staves.
Chaos Axe - might be 5k, but hard to sell. SotW - 5-10k, not an easy sale either. Forgerunner - 2-3k, as above. Salvage perf mods off everything...
IMHO free to merch, you might wait for a confirmation though. Or not.

Hard to tell, in hours at least. If you're fine with grinding mobs over and over during either Utini Wupwup or Farmer Hamnet, it's doable...
