1% matters when ur using judges insight and level 16 eviscerate vs skeletons. 1% doesnt matter when your fighting a titan boss and hitting 7s-15s.

i got the second one, req 13 though. :\ it's died with a white dye, using the Y+S+S+S combo, it looks almost pure white.
