Do you have a ticket with GW support? if you do then keep bothering them, if not then start one.

This has been asked like a million times, and no one in their right mind would not link both chapters.
To get 25/25 you have to complete the all the bonuses. Completing the missions with no bonuses or missing one bonus would not get you the title.
