Maybe it's me with my cheap ass price on Prenerf, but I would sell to any offer more than 90e. Prenerf Raven aren't that rare
I wouldn't sell under 750e. Aris got offers on his q10, he just didn't write the C/Os. Still very rare, I have only seen a few q9 20/20 prot
40e seems high for a Cele, I'd say more 15-20e, which is already nice
