Actually i think 25e is on the higher end... I've seen people trying to sell at 25e for a while in kamadon with no budge.

q8/16 strength isn't really that useful. Most wars will definitely have more than 8 in strength. And the skin is pretty common. But its gold....

q8 heal is pretty much useless for pvp. Monks will definitely have higher than 8 in heal unless they go prot. Then they wont really need a heal...
