Im not an expert on Straw Effigys, but the first one should be worth selling, possibly couple of dozen plat, the second, a few plat is possible.
imo a great skin, q9 and perfect, a few months ago 30-40e, don't know what people pay for these atm... wait for more opinions.

salvage vs piercing and sell for ~3-4k , eternal bow ~5k with luck, merch the rest
useful shield with a nice skin, mods are quite a lot off so they drag the value down to ~10k
