Bigpull without a few pcons is a bit stressed imo, at least for pug runs. You can get crit spiked if you're not careful, but on the other hand...

I would not suggest replacing Mental Block simply because with pugs spikes are slow and you are guaranteed to sit and tank rangers at some point....
