Well, with it at 4, my attack skills use 8 energy instead of the normal 10.. so I guess it'll go down to even 4 energy if you have it high enough!

The mission is kinda long, and strange having to go around the beach so much that people question my leadership ^^

Yea, I had like 6 points in Expertise and most of my attacks had in fact been reduced by 2 energy

Whatever, I bought 5 of them from Quarrel Falls, or The guy in The Wilds, can't remember.

Yea, I found out that he game me realyl bad directions, since it was NE, not SW ^^ The Smoke Wraiths were hard.

You can find lots of the Vigor Runes around D'Alesso and divinity Coast, myself I've found 5 of them.

I really haven't gotten farther than Quarrel Falls, so I don't know. I'm sure there are areas to do this sort of thing later though.

Yea, that's all I got from that, and now they only give gold and stuff, so it only works a number of times, then you don't get anything.

I did that on the Skelton Rangers right outside Bergen Hot Springs for a while Got me 6 runes and numerous purple items ^^
