You'd have problems, I'd say. The 20% mod is on CASTING, that's NOT USEFUL FOR PROTECTION. I'd think 40kish.

Merch all except the elemental damage upgrades, those can go for 100-300g each. As you can see, only perfect mods area worth anything.
