If you assume a monster gets killed within 30 seconds (not sure how likely that is) then you'd only need to click it once i.e. at the start...

Just wondered, can HM dungeons be done without doing NM first? I know with missions and vanq require NM first but dunno if the same rule applies...

The cause is more than likely what the above have stated but i think spec of computer can have a bearing on it too i.e. an old'ish computer.
