That axe could go for over 50k because it got good damage modifier and +29health grip.
Axe for 40k as it is. Perfect health grip for 80k-100k and 10/9 sundering for.. about 20k, maybe more.

I got this one: Fiery half moon of enchanting 15-28fire dmg(req 8 marksmanship) damage +14% while health above 50% enchantments last 18% longer...
That's it(keep in mind that it's spikey design, it should make it worth more):
