Not true, the 20% enchant wrap would only apply to enchantments cast on the Monk only. Many of the Protection enchants have infinite duration as...
I would imagine 20% protection wrap would be worth quite a bit. 100k is a fair buy for a wrap that you can put on your favorite Holy Staff.
