Gold Max Damage Flamberge (Low Req!!!)

I have a Gold Zealous Max Damage Flamberge but the damage mod is only +14% when hexed but it is req. 8 swordsmanship I am letting it go cheap so...

Really could use a tip on what this is worth. Anybody have a clue? I was thinking 30k which about half what the ones with better damage mod are...

I am not sure what this is worth. No response on the etc. page for a PC but I would like to sell it at a fair price soon. How bout 30k to start?...
