its 15> req12 vamp3:1 20%axe+1 I'd say 60-80k based on what I've seen ingame... haven't looked on the forums too much lately.

I'd say more than 10k... probably 20-30k to a collector who wants to have 'the original' It's still a 5e weapon, and a rare one at...
