my range in wasting in a comp is in the $3000.00 what should I get to build for my comp?? people were tellling me water cooling but I was thinking...

dell dimension 4400 is it posible to upgrade this power supply?? cause the cable looks wierd in back of that comp

so what would be my best bet to get a bigger power supply ?

if I put 1 gig of ram and get a geforce 4 card will it fix alot of the problems??
