5-10k maybe.. With 'normal' items(the non rare skins) only perfect stats can be worth bunches.

The Runic shield + 5 energy which you can get from the collector near Frontier Gate?

75-90k for the hammer. I had two like that, and one was even a req 9, and sold them for 80 and 85k. Although I should add that it was some time ago.
