Yes 1 is very nice. If that req was a bit lower it would be fabulous but I have a feeling that wont stop folks from giving you pretty decent bids...

Are those the only mods on that hammer? And as far as the req, that makes a difference to a lot of people. I suggest you get the exact stats on it...
