Triple chop is better for taking out large amounts of enemies but evis is better at killing single targets quickly i would say triple chop is...

cyclone axe + mark of pain For 30 seconds, whenever target foe takes physical damage, Mark of Pain deals 10...34 shadow damage to adjacent foes....
