Maybe it's just me, but I think that if you went out a-farmin', you'd come up with 80-100k WAY before you found a shield like this....

tough shield to pc and a tough combo of mods to swallow...personally, i think -5(20%) is poop royale. I'd guess 60-75k because you can say...
