just helping out man but you can get those axe mods the +30's for 35k in lions arch from the farmers daily.
if you saw a req 9 go for that should have bought it cause i have never seen one go that cheap, but 150k for a req 13 is still a bit high.
decent one i would say around 150k to 250k
dont know if this suits your needs i got a req 13 earth magic rod 20% faster casting 8% recharge gold max. in game names to the left if interested.

just get the 15%^50 fiery dragon req 8 in game for like 30k then get the pommel for 50k easy.
