Anything that is not max is pretty much worthless, unless its a tribal axe since sickles are out of the run. Serpents and dwarvens are worthless...
Its pretty worthless, I was told me 6-12 no req is worthless but I believe its godly , better then that noob candy axe.
Not sure if this bow is max dmg since it was a quest item I believe but there were some ppl looking for this not long ago.
