I believe this skin is refered to as the "Pimp Cup".

I think lvl 3 is the lowest so best you could do is tie it, you get to sanctum at lvl 1 with 99% to lvl 2 then 4kexp for sanctum cay+3 desert...

He did say he accepted items as a trade but im guessing he would want 100k+ with them. Next time I see him Ill offer 5 Sup absorbs since he doesnt...
