Merchant that sword, anything without a +dmg mod would be easiest to sell, but you could still find someone maybe in ascalon city that wants a max...
Ive seen these shields imperfect by 1hp-2hp and higher req for around 100-150k if not more. I would agree with id0l but maybe not even 600k....
