The prima guide says you can salvage ecto from ghostly remains which is true, the nolani academy bonus, where you kill the ghosts and get ghostly...

Chaos axe would be around 200-250 since the -5 energy, the Stance axe could go for 100-150k. the spatha im not really sure about.
