Depends on what type of wand. Holy rods go for 50k, Smiting rods go for 30-40, the Ele rods go for reasonably less.

In post, the Dye trader will buy probaly for 5.5k. In pre, I would wonder who would have 6k to spend black dye on and why use it in pre searing.

I think they would sell for more in post, I dont know how long you would have to play in pre to get 6-7k.
