Look at your post #30 on this thread. You said 500k wouldnt be good enough. So tht is what i'm talking about.

i would say about 250k on the sword, maybe more.

the price is what ever he wants because the axe is so rare

and you just said in your post its worth more then 500k, which you only paid 300k for. So you kinda ripped of the seller and you knew it all along.
