i have the same dmg mod, but with a 3:1 vampiric and +5 armor...got pc'd at 50k+, yours if probably around 75k+.

you seemed to have forgotten the +1 Attrib shield mod, like +1 protection prayers (20% chance). i would put this before the +45 hex.
