lol? 75k for a green item? You need to get over to EU servers, you can pick that up for 15k. Or one with exactly the same stats for 5 storm eyes...
One huge problem with that tho, its a sword, so it sucks to begin with.

Stonefist? I use a pair of them, shock doesnt seem to benefit much, neither does backbreaker, but all the others do i think.
