basically yeah you need knights insignia's + and -2 (stance) sheild + suprior absorbtion. and a +7 weapon for gathering.
Agro with physical resistance on and your + 7 armor vs physical sword/axe. Stop in safe place and try to have 15 energy when you stop then chnge...
Normal Mode acauly seems to drop more for me by gates of kyrta and bergin etc.. odd
Farming: Armor. PvP: Health. Normal Pve: Either. Neither is right for pvp because of the variations of situations you can get into.
