there might be a nature ritual around you. there's one that makes spells cost +30% more energy to cast.

I'd say best you can do is 15-28 with +% dmg while HP > 50%

You need to get an expert salvage kit and things that would normally salvage for iron have a chance of being salvaged for steel.
