Is this something given from a quest reward? Only really good for players in the range specified, otherwise you should be able to get 3kish or so...
1) Salvage (No inherent mod) 2) 10kish (Maybe less, this is an unpopular skin) 3) Salvage (Unpopular skin and not max inhernet mod)
