Regular skin horn bow un-id go for 30k yes. Un-ID storm bows with req 8 go for 50k tops unless you find a big spender. I should know I sell lots.
Maybe just depends on persons selling skills that is what I would sell it for at 50k. If it had better hilt or sword pommel maybe higher.
#1 10-15k # 2-6 (merchant) #7 you can get 1-5k for #8-11 (merchant) #12 ID #13 depends on skin, need to know if its dragon head, mursaat, or flesh...

its worth 5k but you could find two bidders who would buy for 15k. I have sold one with req 8 before and not put a price on it and two people bid...
