i was able to work it into a solo build that has no traps, and centers on barrage.
i was in the middle of creating a solo build for my ranger last night when out of the blue and without warning my computer completely shuts off....
iv'e seen a lot of runners use holy veil. i believe it causes hexes cast on you to take twice as long to cast.
why did he get banned?
