It's supposed to be on the island east of the team arenas, i never did anything to unlock it.
-Discover a solo build that works for both HA, and killing Mallyx.
Mission and Explorable both have level 24 afflicted, but i would do the explorable because you don't have to worry about dying ending the mission.

Have you tried keeping all of your henchmen back so that he will only target you?
You will enjoy fighting difficult monsters in open areas, rather than overpowered humans in cramped city space.
Slap the priest. Besides doing that, it's just one of those rare glitches. : (
