I have a mediocre focus probably, that's +12e and +5 energy when enchanted. Any thoughts?

You should save it for a pvp slot. 's what I do, and i've never regretted it.

Sprint to cancel out Frenzy in case you get targeted is nice. Killing frenzyers is just too easy.
