a combo i had fun with using this skill was YMLAD + Ash Blast + Virulence, also fun is YMLAD and Awe.

combo i plan to use with my monk is sig of judgement, stonesoul strike, you move like a dwarf, holy strike, seems it would be really fun.

personally I prefer to have a necro handle the adrenaline bonuses for me via dark fury, the ai uses it very well and it does basically the same...
