I think people are trying to say is Hard mode does not in any terms = Elite drops(req8/7) Its just more exp, higher lvl, more difficult........

umm how is this a bug....... req 8 and 7 have always been rare... thats why they sell for so much.

shit happens i've gone 4 runs with no ectos then on the 5th I get 3 all chance
