I saw it earlier, its on a board that is now down. edit-im almost positive its a fake.

ive now tried to get it about 5 times now, tried both spots, many diff situations. Plus Id like to add the guy's screenshot has 3 elite skills...

Orange hes wrong unless he did something special to make it use it, i just spammed him for 5 mins with wildblow soc and he wouldnt do it....

Element also helps in "Conjure" if youre a secondary elementalist. Conjure Frost and youre hitting for 13 more a hit.
