Fellblades cannot get +5 energy mods as of yet, and may never be able to.
As has been stated, fellblades cannot have +5 energy as they are a prophocies sword and not factions.
BEfore factions I sold a similar wand, only difference, the req was 9 for aver 150k, so I'd say you still may be able to get someone to buy it...
