no they never removed fame. in order to gain rank, you have to gain fame. when you get a certain amount of fame, you go up a rank.

I remember someone posting about how they tried to stack them and it didnt work. cant remember where it was posted though.

i would go with 12+4 for axes. the damage is worth it.

when i used to use ViM, i always had sever, gash, and hamstring to feed it so make sure you add those if you're going to use it.

sprint sounds good for this build and if you dont have room, i would remove dolyak for it. also, what skills are you using for knockdowns?
