Not easy to answer you when we don't know the damage and requirement.

Maybe salvage it for the warding mod, it's worth 1-2k.

Hmm, while hexed isn't actually popular, the req is not too high, mods are ok, so I would guess max 5k for that one.

Is it max damage? What's the requirement and how many % chance is it on the +1 hammer mastery while using skills?
