i think i figured out how to get that quest to work right, though if you already completed it you're out of luck. After you get the quest, but...
i think i figured it out: activate the quest, then talk to mehnlo again and ask him about it, then he gives the skills. sucks i had to start over...
they can't be aquired from the blessings of balthazar quest anymore, so where can they be aquired? are they in a new place in ascalon, or not...
