yea that sounds good deathpact is a funny skill to use but yea its nice to use if its on the monk and youre at full health and energy or at least...

why not try keen arrow or crossfire or maybe even mauraders shot instead of the two copies of penetrating shot? or possibliy focused shot?

1) you decide interrupts or condi spread thats your choice 2) again if you want to interrupt then yes keep rtw drop apply 3) if youre interrupt...
